This involves visioning goals, rediscovering passions, and exploring strengths to ensure you are climbing the right ladder for the right reasons. Together we develop a plan, sharpen skills, and execute to achieve goals (and enjoy the ride). Finally, I contribute by creating accountability for these ‘important but not urgent’ priorities. All with the ultimate goal of finding renewed passion for your work and life.
How it Typically Works…
Coaching packages range from 3 – 12 months. Typical engagement includes an hour per week by phone/webex with homework/exercises between sessions.
